IMPORTANT

RECOVERY WARRANTY NEED-TO-KNOWS:

  1. The unit must be tested every three months
    ‍
  2. Cartrack must be notified within six hours of the loss of the vehicle
    ‍
  3. Law enforcement must be notified, and Cartrack should
    be provided with a case number

  4. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the loss

  5. Accounts must be in good standing

6. All vehicles with more than 5 seats or transporting passengers for a living are not eligible

7. Emergency contact details must be up to date following the theft

8. Theft must occur within South Africa
